Dream in the Forest, a photo-fantasy featuring Ata Kandó’s three children was published in 1957. They hitch-hiked to the European Alps to shoot the series. The dreamy and sometimes mystical scenes depict a fairy tale like story written by her then 14 year old son Thomas.
In 2013 Dream in the Forest was republished to celebrate Ata Kandó’s 100th birthday.
